More About FURGO
Our Story
Introducing the Furgo family! We've been barking mad about all things pup-related for as long as we can remember. Our family's love for furry friends started with the local Canine 4H Club, where we learned all about obedience and sports. We've also spent countless hours working at rescue shelters as both employees and volunteers. Safe to say, we're head over paws in love with pups! At Furgo, our mission is to give your furry pal a wag-tastic workout that's tailored to their every need. Trust us to be your pup's new best friend!
Meet The Team
Brooklyn Flowers
Canine Fitness Expert and Trainer
I have always been fascinated by the behavior of animals and have had a strong connection with them since childhood. My journey began in the dog world as a young adolescent when I joined my local canine 4-H club. There, I learned basic handling and training skills and was immediately hooked. I started showing dogs in conformation classes and began basic agility and scent detection with my own dog.
My interest in dog behavior and training continued to grow, leading me to work at a dog boarding and daycare facility. Here, I gained valuable experience handling a variety of dogs and learned how they communicate with one another as a pack. However, I knew there had to be a more proactive approach to dog socialization and ownership. This realization sparked my research into topics related to dog behavior and training.
In 2019, I became involved in animal rescue and worked with some great trainers. It was then that I discovered my true life calling - helping humans and dogs communicate with each other and live in harmony. Working in this environment allowed me to expand my knowledge in dog behavior and pack dynamics, and gave me the skills to communicate with dogs in a more effective way.
Currently, I have two dogs of my own that motivate me to continue learning and shaping the way we communicate with each other. I have found that play-based learning is a favorite for most dogs, and I incorporate it wherever possible. My dogs, Webber - a nine-year-old Cavalier King Charles spaniel - and Zeus - a seven-year-old APBT mix - play and compete in multiple sports. They thrive in many areas, including barn hunt, NASDA, dock diving, GRC, and obedience.
As a pack, we are always seeking new adventures and learning opportunities. We love to escape to the mountains whenever possible to hike, camp, and paddleboard. I use relationship-based training methods to build mutual trust, respect, and love between handler and dog. I want to help you develop this relationship by teaching you to communicate with your dog effectively, using their natural instincts and motivators in a way that makes sense to both you and your furry friend.

Owner - Canine Fitness Specialist
As a wife, mom, holistic nurse, health coach, and dog owner, my daily routine is jam-packed. Often, I found it challenging to keep up with my high-energy pets, especially given the extreme weather conditions in Alberta.
However, my passion for helping dogs stay healthy and fit while alleviating the burden off of busy owners kept me motivated.
I am so grateful to partner up with my daughter to offer our services and expertise to dog owners.
Whenever I have free time, I enjoy practicing and competing in Barn Hunt and Dock Diving with my Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Lewis. Recently, we welcomed a new pup to our family and can't wait to see his unique talents.
